But despite all the cracking I find it really sweet and lovely, haha.
I agree to what former people said, it takes a bit of courage to actually do such a pairing.
It always amused me how people are apparently crazy about hate/love pairings (such as Altair/Malik) but ANYONE seems to restrain considering an Abbas/Altair pairing even though it is, no doubt, the heaviest possible hate/love relationship of all time.
It seems people are unable to ship Abbas with ANY character at all, haha. Poor one, he's but a human being and in need of love.
So you have my deepest respect for drawing this pairing, I love you for it because I consider it being the first step for the fandom accepting Abbas as a human being and not just picturing him as a fucking asshole without a soul and heart. There's much more to his personality.
I'd have drawn an Abbas/Altair picture myself yet if I had the skills doing so, oh well, I'll continue to wait patiently for I'm sure now, after seeing your picture, there WILL be more Abbas shipping in the future and I can't wait to see it!
I really hope you won't receive any ridiculous hating for this fanart. People tend to be so idiotic and ignorant sometimes.

I admit it's hard to imagine but this pairing is amazing and I love it, hah.
I think Altair/Abbas is a really, really interesting pairing. Surely, it's hard imagine anything happening between them when they are adults but actually I like to think of them being closer when they are younger. Teenagers perhaps, but it's not like I can see them getting really 'CLOSE' either. Not yet. But I have an great Altair as a RP partner and they make it really easy for me thinking about these two as a couple, before the whole lies-and-hating stuff started that is, haha.
I'm sure there will be more people seeing what's really behind what little we see of Abbas in the game, most didn't even read the book and thus hardly know anything about him. But I'm sure in time there will be showing up some Abbas supporters, I already managed convincing a few of my people so there are already some liking him. C:
I'm glad you didn't receive any hate yet. Makes me almost assuming people actually desperately WAITED for someone to draw an Abbas/Malik pic. It's just no one dares to admit, haha.
